I have taken many CRE courses, including through Cornell Extension, and Accelerator is hands-down the best. Not only is Accelerator the best CRE course I know but it has the some of the best designed curriculum and teaching methodology for any course I have ever taken, including all the coursework for two PhDs at the University of Michigan. Well done, A.CRE!

Excellent. I particularly appreciated the capstone course with an actual example.

I thought it was a clear breakdown of how models are put together and was helpful to see important metrics and the flow of data

It was great, really appreciated getting exposed to so many types of models, concepts, and income statements ahead of my graduate coursework.

Fantastic. It would be improved by getting access to a step my step template to use for practice for each asset class and product type.

This is a no brainer bolt on addition for any analyst and highly recommended for students looking to up their game. I've asked myself about differences in asset classes. The Accelerator has increased my capabilities across the asset classes.

It was great. The course was extremely helpful and beneficial. I have done other online courses, but they are very general and not that beneficial. This course has real-world experience and the response on the forums for any additional questions is quick and thorough which was also extremely helpful.

It is a great combination of theory and practice, something that you will not find in university, but required upon entering the business. The case based format is fantastic!

I think its a great learning environment. The ones who lead the course take their time and explain the nuance for each portion of the program and really show at the end how it all comes together and why each piece matters.

Great program, need to spend more time with it. I will be going through a second time to let the concepts really sink in.

I like the course and think it is well rounded. While I know we can pause videos I would have like some things to be down at a slower pace so that I could follow along without having to pause the video so much. It would be great if you guys added a feature to the video where the students can adjust the video speed.

I really enjoyed the accelerator. I learned a ton and use the skills at my job now, and everyday use with excel. I feel much more confident in my modeling skills, much more knowledgeable in CRE as a whole and feel ready to excel in any role I am offered.

I loved it, understanding every detail when it comes to building DCF or modeling debt is very fulfilling. In adtition to learning new tips and tricks to get arround excel, I would recomend the Accelerator to anyone looking to polish their financial modeling skills. I will certaility keep looking back at the material as I keep building development or acquisition models because practice makes perfect.

Overall the course is awesome - I wish I would have had this in college. With that being said I should have put more time into it. I wish we had lifetime access to the videos.

I can't begin to speak on how robust, informative, and easy to use it is. I am blown away.

Appreciate the format and work as you go. I think really understanding these concepts is difficult. I, for one, would have benefited from really digging down into formulas, why they work, etc. But recognize that would take tons of time. Overall I think this is a great format for "what you put in, you get out". But also recognize that doing this in practice at work or in school would probably result in a better overall understanding of this stuff.

The course was great, I loved the structure of the courses and the different tasks that came along with them. The A.CRE Accelerator aloud me to build and grow my knowledge in the real estate space. I would highly recommend it to anyone that was interested in real estate.

Extremely fulfilling. I knew nothing about real-estate financial modelling prior to this program. I am an undergraduate studying civil engineering who was recommended this course by a friend. I have used the skills gained in this program to win a national real estate case competition and land several job offers in commercial real estate, neither of which would have been possible without this course. Michael and Spencer, thank you for all the work you have put into making this program such a quality experience.

It took a lot longer than I thought it would be was very detailed and high level. The video walk throughs are extremely helpful and thorough and the case assignments feel like they are truly real world exercises which is great practice.

Overall I had a very positive experience. The course was informative and helpful.

I currently work as a credit underwriter for a bank. It was difficult to come home after underwriting and sit down to essentially do more underwriting for this course. However, your videos made it very easy to follow along and go back when I did not quite understand a concept (I did not have a ton on excel literacy before this course). I would 100% recommend this course to others if they are looking to get better at any concept or skill involved.

It was good and the instructors taught a lot but at the same time it's a lot of information to be able to comprehend and memorize going forward. That's why it's nice to be able to go back to this site and reuse some of the completed templates for guidance.

Very comprehensive and to the point training! The excel tips and detailed explanation for each asset class was very good. It truly enabled me to better comprehend and evaluate deals especially as a fresh graduate.

Excellent - I've been in real estate investment banking for 12 years, and this is the most comprehensive course I've seen.

It was a very thorough course with new information including AI integration for research. The Q&A feature was used to a degree for Excel support and general learning.

The A. CRE gave me the right amount of exposure to financial modeling I was looking for.

Informative. I think I learned more about real estate concepts than the actual modeling behind the financials.

I loved how detailed every video was and this was a great review of real estate financial modeling before I start working.

The course is challenging for a beginner but very practical and worthwile. The case study approach allows you to simulate real ife experience which is rarely done with other real estate course I have taken.

Positive. The Accelerator was good at introducing all the different types of modeling challenges one might face in their career. I found it easy to follow along with the videos and my excel skillset is much better.

The A.CRE Accelerator is practical and model driven. IT sharpened my underwriting, debt sizing, waterfalls and sensitivities and made my Excel faster and audit ready. I'm already Appling it to live cases with clearer defensible memos. Suggestions: Include focused cases with regional assumptions, this will broaden reach and bring in more users.

Amazing course! Though I don't feel like I've fully "mastered" all types of real estate financial modeling, I do know that both my profecience and confidence have improved tremendously. Thanks so much for creating this guys!!

The accelerator did a great job of covering not only the formulas involved in modeling, but also in recreating realistic scenarios that a real estate professional may encounter. Also really strengthened by excel skills, particularly with shortcuts.

An excellent bootcamp to get your reps in and feel more comfortable building institutional-grade models from scratch and understanding the underwriting process.

I would say that this course got me totally familiar with the basics and overall concepts behind Real Estate Modeling and gave me a great starting point to prep for interviews / come into a job more prepared than the guy next to me.

Started the program as a senior in college to help with my interviews as I aimed for a real estate career. I thoroughly enjoyed the program as it expanded on my currently real estate knowledge and is the reason I nailed some of my modeling tests (for interviews). It helped me land a job and I continue to occasionally check back on it as a reference when needed.
