The A.CRE Accelerator is a great program for anyone looking to learn or improve financial modeling for real estate skills. The coursework is very thorough and easy to follow. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to break into CRE or early in their CRE career.

Very positive. The course was comprehensive, and I appreciated how the last capstone assignment was directly from a job interview.

I enjoyed it, and found it both accessible and engaging. Exploring each cell of a model is a great way to deepen your understanding of them, even if you are using an existing template or computer program to model at work.

I believe the accelerator was a excellent use of my time and assisted me with my MSRE degree and building my skillset for professional real estate modeling. I believe that I am now ready to preform efficiently in a professional setting. While I'm not an expert after completing the course, I feel it has set me up for success in the real world.

The A.CRE program was very beneficial for me. I started with very limited experience and not a great understanding of modeling as a whole. I am still in undergrad, and this has helped me supplement my classroom learning with real-world skills. I feel confident now that I can create models on my own, and I understand what to look for and how to model efficiently. I still have a long way to go to become proficient in it, but the A.CRE program has propelled me forward in terms of learning about commercial real estate and my confidence level when looking at certain offerings.

The A.CRE Accelerator was a valuable complement to my Master’s in Real Estate Development. It exposed me to multiple approaches to underwriting and problem-solving that go beyond what is typically emphasized in an academic setting. I found it particularly useful as both a refresher on core concepts, such as income statement modeling, and as practical preparation for real-world case studies. Overall, it strengthened my technical foundation and improved my confidence in applying modeling skills in an investment context.

I had a great experience overall. I think the course was well structured and I certainly learned a lot of valuable things from it. I'm hoping this will prepare me well to break into commercial real estate.

Fantastic. I really enjoyed the program and the courses. I liked that it was case based and that the program provided fake OMs that were similar to real OMs. The video tutorials were very clear and easy to follow along.

The videos were great and easy to follow, and answered a lot of the questions I had before the process started. The downloads in each module were also very helpful and made the videos easy to follow along.

Very easy to use, nice clear and explained videos that make following the build of models easy and manageable.

Appreciate the format and work as you go. I think really understanding these concepts is difficult. I, for one, would have benefited from really digging down into formulas, why they work, etc. But recognize that would take tons of time. Overall I think this is a great format for "what you put in, you get out". But also recognize that doing this in practice at work or in school would probably result in a better overall understanding of this stuff.

It was great. I thought the videos and assignments were a great combination to provide an easily but productive learning experience.

I found helpful the overview and discussion of the topics. It helped me get perspective.

Very positive. Appreciate the level of detail, conceptual explanations behind the formulas, simulating real life scenarios (interviews and on-the-job scenarios), and well-roundedness of the program.

I thoroughly enjoyed the accelerator. It was easy to follow and the concepts were well taught! The watch me build videos were a great resource to have when working through the case studies.

I absolutely Loved it, I have learned more from this program than I did in any of my college finance classes.

Very good. Very valuable and easy to follow along with. It was a lot though. I think I would have preferred to have the option to stick with one asset class. Maybe have an intro to all but the option to really focus in on specific asset classes.

Very accessible, even for a beginner. The steps are well explained and so are the concepts. The platform is intuitive to use.

Detailed and instructive videos but wished for a more deep dive into specific real life case studies as case studies tend to get brief and repetitive at the end of the core curriculum

This was a great course, I imagine no matter what level of experience you have there is something to learn. Coming in with no experience whatsoever and still learning the industry, i learned a great deal and was also able to brush up on my excel skills.

My experience was great. The way the program is designed is well thought out. The teaching process used to deliver the information makes it very easy to follow along and prepares you well to build your own templates. I will most likely be upgrading to the advanced program in the near future.

It's a great program. Overall, I'm pretty pleased with my experience. I do think some classes were much harder than others and some people like myself could have benefitted from greater concept explanation and review.

Class was helpful with modeling. It could explain a bit more than just walking thru the build out

It was a great experience. I learned a lot about RE financial modeling and the RE industry in general and will continue to build on what I have learned in order to master the RE industry.

It was a great experience getting much more comfortable with Excel and using the 4.CRE macro. It taught me a lot about what goes into modeling as well as how to model. The instructor did move very fast by the end of the course, so at times it was hard to keep up.

I enjoyed the course a lot and felt it was very well thought out. The course goes into great detail to the point of creating fake OM's and a fake brokerage firm, which I felt really gave it a "real world feel".

It was definitely challenging, but you all did a good job explaining concepts in detail.

I was very pleased with how the lessons were laid out and the advanced level of topics. The classes were challenging, but not to the point where it was discouraging.

Very well done. I was a complete beginner going into the course, and now after completing the coursework feel better equipped to underwrite deals than most people in my office.

I thought it was thorough, teaching you fundamental modelling skills and Knowledge, and Excel tips and tricks. I really enjoyed the case-base approach, with war rooms that made it feel more real.

Amazing. Still plenty to go back and review given the breadth of the course but I'm sure after doing so I could go back and revise some of the proficiency scores upwards - everything needed to do so definitely exists in here.

Definitely enjoyed the hands on real life case-studies. I know that this will directly impact my performance and am glad I did it.

Going into the Accelerator, I had very little knowledge on Modeling. I saw lots of models but wanted to learn how to 1) Read and understand them and 2) Create my own. I wanted to be able to have a conversation with anyone in the industry and have the knowledge of all aspects of what to look for. After finishing the Accelerator I feel I have propelled my knowledge immensely and would highly recommend to anyone looking to advance their skills. While of course I am not expert now, this has built a solid foundation for me to practice and continue to excel my skills to get to where I want to be in the industry. I am much more comfortable modeling different scenarios and will continue to use the accelerator to keep learning and practicing. I believe the way the Accelerator is set up is phenomenal with keeping the learner engaged with a balance of reading and practicing. The tests are great where they do not discourage you but make sure you truly understand what you modeled, as well as correctly modeled with making various changes post completion of each model. I want to thank Michael and Spencer as this has been a great experience.

Best course to take for polish your Real Estate Modeling skills, but at the same time improving your MS Excel. Also, this course you can immediately start applying to your job.

I benefited from the Accelerator program because I was exposed to financial modeling scenarios from a variety of different asset & risk types. Moreover, many of the modules are centered around real-world scenarios and so by doing this I now feel like I have the confidence to either model this successfully, or at least to have a foundation of where to start.
