Lessons were very in-depth, learned a lot of property types. Lessons were easy to follow and wasn't complicated to understand.

The A.CRE Accelerator course has been instrumental in propelling my career from a general finance background to the field of real estate development. This course provided me with the essential skills needed to gain a conceptual understanding of the industry and effectively model intricate development cash flows at an institutional-quality level. I am immensely grateful for the dedication and effort Spencer and Michael have poured into developing this course, and the investment I made in this program was undoubtedly worthwhile.

Fantastic, the dashboard is a little intimidating at times but the courses themselves are very helpful and engaging.

The methods and practice are there, in order to be excellent you just need time and be able to execute.

This really helped. I am an appraiser transitioning to debt and equity placement and found this to be the perfect "bridge of the gap"between valuation / general RE concepts and financial modeling. There really is no better course out there and after personally completing this I can affirm that this course is the gold standard.

The videos were incredibly helpful. I still feel like I haven't committed a lot of the information to memory, though.

I enjoyed the course a lot and felt it was very well thought out. The course goes into great detail to the point of creating fake OM's and a fake brokerage firm, which I felt really gave it a "real world feel".

Other than going to college, this is by far the best investment I've made in my career. I haven't landed a job in the industry yet but before taking this class, I couldn't tell people exactly why I wanted to be in the industry other than your basic answers. In taking this class, I've been able to tell people what I've learned and how it excites me and continues to give a desire to master CRE and learn more. Also, I'm able to understand contribute to conversations and show that I have a solid foundation in CRE which is exactly what I was looking for.

My experience in the A.CRE Accelerator sharpened my real estate financial modeling and underwriting skills through hands-on, deal-based training. I gained proficiency in building institutional-quality models for acquisitions, development, and asset management while learning to evaluate investments from both equity and debt perspectives. The program deepened my understanding of key real estate metrics such as IRR, equity multiple, and sensitivity analysis—skills directly applicable to private equity and development roles.

It was good. I like the breakdown of the model between investment cash flows, operating cash flows, etc. It makes the model much easier to understand and calculations a lot easier than what I was previously doing.

Extremely helpful. In retrospect I would've done the course in less time but my personal schedule didn't allow. It's great that I'm allowed access for a full year which will give me the opportunity to go back through & improve my learning.

I thought the course was incredible, especially as a beginner to the world of Real Estate. I came in with simple financial knowledge and no excel experience but I never felt lost. Overall, it was exactly what I was looking for. Money well spent!

A.CRE was very thorough and easy to follow. All links were helpful to understand definition and rationale for completing an analysis

It was very positive. I have felt that other "short form" real estate educational materials (such as REFM or ULI) can be good on industry or notional concepts, but are quite poor when it comes to teaching or training the daily exercise of modelling and evaluating real estate assets. I felt that the accelerator does a very good job on drilling down into the modelling part of working in real estate.

I found the courses themselves to be informative and good at walking through step by step. My experience was likely hampered by not working through the courses at a equalized pace. I worked in spurts and that was harder to maintain consistency. There was a lot of information to cover. I would also recommend to future participants to do the mastering excel course first, then the accelerator. I would say that I am average or above on use of excel and there were lots of short form codes used that i couldn't get my excel to work with. So i found jumping around on the sheet much harder than the person leading the coursework. Specifically in the modeling of long term leases.

Well laid out and detailed. I learned a lot and was eager to learn more. My mind opened to the possibilities of detailed modelling and I can see how I can use my knowledge for investing.

I definitely learned a lot, however there are minor details that I will be re-watching videos to better grasp the concepts throughout my first few months here at Marcus. If I had to take an exam right now on everything I learned I would be in the 60-70% range without reviewing or preparing for it

This program is far and away the best available in the market for learning to build institutional quality Real Estate Financial Models. You are guided every step of the way and have the forum as a resource for any questions. I feel extremely more confident and well equipped for any interview related modeling test I may face or on the job assignment, having completed the course.

I discovered that I do not like real estate financial modeling. I now work for a developer in Operations and I enjoy it much better. I did enjoy the knowledge of financial modeling I received and may use the models in the future.

I appreciated the case-based learning style and hands-on approach. Talking through everything (even that which we could not see on the video) was helpful to understand building the models. I tried to rebuild every template we were given to better understand the correlation between inputs and outputs which helped align the calculation modules. Doing this was probably the biggest thing to help everything click after watching it. I plan to go back and retake every class to speed up my modeling proficiency.

It was a great experience. I had some experience modeling residential mixed-use resort developments (vacation homes, hotel, golf, spa, other amenities, infrastructure) in Latin America. This course really exposed me to a wider array of investment strategies and property types. Additionally, it helped me gain a better grasp of institutional level modeling techniques and vernacular.

Very well laid out and presented. Easy to follow, a bit quick at times, but easy to slow down and revisit topics that did not make sense at first.
