Comprehensive and in-depth; loved the level of detail provided for each real estate asset class particularly about modeling their leases and income statements. Also, starting from the "War Room" was very informative.

I like the course and think it is well rounded. While I know we can pause videos I would have like some things to be down at a slower pace so that I could follow along without having to pause the video so much. It would be great if you guys added a feature to the video where the students can adjust the video speed.

This program is far and away the best available in the market for learning to build institutional quality Real Estate Financial Models. You are guided every step of the way and have the forum as a resource for any questions. I feel extremely more confident and well equipped for any interview related modeling test I may face or on the job assignment, having completed the course.

Other than going to college, this is by far the best investment I've made in my career. I haven't landed a job in the industry yet but before taking this class, I couldn't tell people exactly why I wanted to be in the industry other than your basic answers. In taking this class, I've been able to tell people what I've learned and how it excites me and continues to give a desire to master CRE and learn more. Also, I'm able to understand contribute to conversations and show that I have a solid foundation in CRE which is exactly what I was looking for.

My experience with A.CRE has been really insightful. I've grown a lot in modelling. Before, I didn't know where to start, but now I have a solid grasp of it. While I'm nowhere near expert level, I feel with more practical experience, I will be soon, thanks to this course being my foundation. Additionally, the resources have been very helpful, and I can't wait to keep using them!

I would describe the experience as hands on. I really enjoyed the case studies and looking at fictional properties and OMs.

This program was a lot of fun. The case study approach felt like I was actually working at a REPE or dev shop. And of course, Spencer and Michael explained every concept clearly and effectively -- anything from Excel shortcuts to complex topics like equity waterfalls and debt. I'll review certain sections a second time and recreate the models just for fun (and for extra practice) in the near future!

This course was a game changer to help me begin my career transition into the CRE industry. Both Spencer and Michael were tremendous teachers in the courses as well as in the forums. I still have a lot more to learn, but I feel this course has put me steps ahead of my cohort as I begin my MBA journey at CU Boulder.

I currently work as a credit underwriter for a bank. It was difficult to come home after underwriting and sit down to essentially do more underwriting for this course. However, your videos made it very easy to follow along and go back when I did not quite understand a concept (I did not have a ton on excel literacy before this course). I would 100% recommend this course to others if they are looking to get better at any concept or skill involved.

It was very hands on and provided a wide breadth of key inputs to think about when modeling a project.

The course is challenging for a beginner but very practical and worthwile. The case study approach allows you to simulate real ife experience which is rarely done with other real estate course I have taken.

Amazing. Learned much more about the different sides/parties of the real estate deal in addition to modeling. The videos were clear and helpful. The format couldn't have been better. I started this after having worked as an analyst for a large bank and working with our models for 2 years so I had a basic understanding of how the pieces fit together. The Accelerator helped me develop a much broader understanding of real estate modeling outside of my job's view of debt and underwriting to a bank case NOI and it stops there. The Accelerator also helped to fill in knowledge gaps in real estate I had which is invaluable for working with our clients and understanding their perspective.

Spencer & Michael - you're both great teachers. This was seriously an immensely valuable course. I'm really looking forward to diving further into some of the core concepts, many of which you've offered as supplemental material as part of the accelerator. Overall, the course was DENSE, but I mean that in a very good way.

It was great. I thought the videos and assignments were a great combination to provide an easily but productive learning experience.

I really enjoyed it. It took a little while for me to get used to the self-taught/self-paced model, but once I got further into the modules it started to become more familiar. I thought that everything was clearly and thoroughly explained and the examples were very helpful.

This course, featuring step-by-step videos, is a valuable resource for students to learn and gain expertise in creating dynamic real estate models from scratch, even for those with little or no prior knowledge.

I am much more confident working in, and understanding commercial real estate financial models after going through this course. The way that the course is structured makes the process much more approachable than other courses I've tried. It is a logical progression that I found much more intuitive.

The course was great, I loved the structure of the courses and the different tasks that came along with them. The A.CRE Accelerator aloud me to build and grow my knowledge in the real estate space. I would highly recommend it to anyone that was interested in real estate.

I found this experience extremely helpful. The guided videos provided the necessary tools to work through the model 1-on-1, and the quizzes allowed me to check my understanding of key concepts. I like that the concepts typically built upon each other, and that as the course continued the material became increasingly more difficult. I also like that we built out the templates/formatting as we progressed through the model, rather than always having them produced for us.

It was a great experience but being a complete beginner i think some more information on the terminology of things and what the numbers we are calculating mean would help some more

I thought it was very helpful information that is difficult to learn by oneself. Without a real estate program at your school these are difficult concepts to learn.

I thought that it provided me an excellent foundation for my real estate financial modeling skills and provided a space where I could continually and comfortably experiment and learn in a low-stakes environment, which I think will be important as I gradually transition into real world scenarios where I will need these foundational skills.

Fantastic. I really enjoyed the program and the courses. I liked that it was case based and that the program provided fake OMs that were similar to real OMs. The video tutorials were very clear and easy to follow along.
